Corundum products

      Corundum products containing corundum brick, corundum tubes, rods corundum, corundum blind tube furnace tube corundum, corundum crucible, Ark corundum, corundum mortar, corundum ball, corundum plate, corundum bolts, nuts corundum, corundum support and special parts.

     Corundum products content greater than 90% of alumina, corundum refractory products based crystal phase. High compressive strength at room temperature (up to 340MPa). High load softening start temperature (greater than 1700 ℃). Good chemical stability, acidic or basic slag, metal and glass fluid, etc. have a strong resistance. Thermal shock resistance and its organizational structure related to good performance compact corrosion products, but poor thermal shock resistance.

     Corundum products are divided into two articles and fused alumina sintered corundum products. Sintered bauxite and alumina respectively sintered alumina and fused alumina as raw materials or Al2O3 / SiO2 ratio with, using a sintering method. Also available phosphoric acid or other bonding agent made no burning corundum products. Mainly used outside blast furnaces and hot blast furnace, steel refining furnace, water slide, glass melting furnace as well as petrochemical and other industrial furnaces.
