Furnaces can be fabricated with belt widths up to 36” in with a wide array of available features such as digital belt controls, multiple zones, and automatic nitrogen purge system. Manual nitrogen purge is also built in for more operator control. A heat source option of electricity or gas firing, with heating elements including nichrome 80/20, wear and ribbon, or silicon carbide glow bars. Temperatures up to 1800 °F to 2100 °F can be reached. We offer the option of selecting temperature controls, which include solid state electronic on-off proportioning and current proportion devices. Power control options are proportioning valves, on-off contractors, saturable core reactors, and silicon control rectifiers (triacs). Turnaround time for a custom furnace is 12 – 18 weeks.
