Continuous Mesh Belt Quenching Furnace
Application:it is a continuous furnace , which can complete the process of automatic feed, front cleansing, carburizing(quenching), post cleaning and tempering, being appropriate for the standard parts industry(wrench, screwdriver, pliers, sleeve, lifting jack etc.); Automobile, motorcycle and bicycle industry; Hardware industry (Clips, knife, nail, Shoe core, nail clipper, chain, Locks hook etc.), and the continuous heat treatment on sheet carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening and tempering of textile machinery industry.
structural features:
1.Conveyor mesh belt made from heat resistant alloy wire, under the effect of step type transmission mechanism, the furnace bottom retainer leads to movement, so that to guarantee the mesh belt in flabby condition at high temperature, improve running smoothness and life expectancy of the net belt.
2. Muffle tank is the seal tank from heat resistant steel melded together after punch forming, with gas curtain pipe on Mouth filling, Blanking mouth and back to its net after the tank. Network back to the channel is equipped with water cooling and water seal, guarantee the sealing is good, the stove gas consumption is small.
3. Mesh belt speed can be adjusted by frequency converter.
4. Blanking channel has various institutions, such as oil shade structure, smoke curtain oil, oil mixing mechanism and heat exchange device, can ensure the realization of the heat treatment process.
