     1, carbon and graphite fiber felt
     Carbon and graphite fiber felt with man-made fibers, such as polyacrylonitrile fiber, phenolic fiber, cellulose fiber or pitch fiber and fabric, in the absence of oxygen, obtained by pyrolysis conditions.
Carbon and graphite fiber felt has good flexibility and elasticity, easy processing, can be bent and trimmed. Its density, good thermal performance diaphragm. High temperature stability, protective atmosphere or under vacuum at 3000 ℃ remained stable, non-sintered, does not melt. Good chemical resistance, not wetting the metal melt.
     At about 1000 ℃ carbonized carbon fiber felt prepared for the following 1800 ℃ and the pressure is higher than 133MPa of high temperature insulation. In the above 2500 ℃ graphitized felt of graphite fibers can be used in high vacuum (1.33 × 10-4Pa ~1.33 × 10-1Pa) and more than 1800 ℃ conditions.
