Composition of heat treatment industrial resistance furnace
  The design of ordinary heat treatment industrial resistance furnace mainly considers the key parts such as furnace frame, furnace shell, furnace lining and furnace mouth device.
1. Furnace frame and furnace shell
  The role of the furnace frame is to bear the load of the furnace lining and the workpiece and support the side thrust of the furnace arch (referred to as the box furnace arch). The furnace frame is usually welded into a frame with steel sections, which are covered with steel plates. The furnace frame and furnace shell with reasonable design should have sufficient strength.
The role of the furnace shell is to protect the furnace lining, strengthen the structure of the electric furnace and maintain the tightness of the electric furnace. It is usually made of steel plates laminated on the steel frame and welded. For small experimental furnaces, there is no furnace frame, and the furnace shell is welded with thick steel plates, which can also play the role of furnace frame. The thickness of the furnace shell is generally 2-6mm, thicker steel plates are used for the bottom of the furnace, and thinner steel plates can be used for the side walls. In addition to the protective atmosphere or controlled atmosphere furnace, intermittent welding is generally used.
2. Furnace lining
  The role of the lining is to maintain the furnace temperature and reduce heat loss. A good lining material must not only have a certain degree of refractoriness, resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, but also have less heat storage and certain strength. The lining is usually made of light-weight refractory bricks and refractory fibers, unless it is at the mouth of the furnace or where it needs to be supported by gravity.
3. Furnace device
  Furnace mouth device includes furnace door (furnace cover), furnace door guide plate (furnace panel) and pressing device. The furnace mouth device should be well sealed, with less heat loss, and the furnace door should be larger than the furnace mouth. Generally, the furnace door and the furnace mouth overlap each other by 65-130mm. For the controlled atmosphere furnace, the furnace mouth should be strictly sealed. The furnace door is generally made of cast iron or steel plate. Furnace door with wire shelf should be indented 10-15mm than furnace door frame
